What can I make that's quick, simple and with ground beef?

I pulled out a pound of ground beef to defrost for dinner, I just don't know what I want to make with it. Any ideas?

  • Sassy Beef and Noodles.....
    1 lb of ground beef

1 cup plus one cube beef bullion dissolved
    1 cup water
3 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
    1/4 tsp hot sauce (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef and onion, stir to separate meat, pour off grease. Blend in mushroom soup hot pepper sauce salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 mins or until noodles are done. Stir often.

Another thing you could do is go to you can enter in whatever ingredients you have in the house and it will give you a bunch of recipes to choose from.

I also have a recipe for cheeseburger salad if you would like that plz email me!

  • burgers, meat loaf, last night i made a meat pie thing (i forget what it really is) but you use cresent rolls, the pre packaged ones just roll out the dough and cover a pie pan with it, (i made my own pie crust though, didnt add sugar but did everything else and some seasonings of my own) bake if for ten minutes, while its baking brown the ground meat, then add gravy, and peas, and i added corn to it, then after the pie crust had baked for ten minutes, add everything to that and bake 15-0 minutes (or until crust is golden brown). i suppose you could put mashed potatoes on top too that might be good.
or. ground meat and onions brown and saute, then add to a box of beef flavored rice yummy.
or. ground meat, noodles, onions, and gravy.
or. or home made hamburger helper.
or. stuffed cabbage out of ideas

  • beef strogenoff

    1 lb ground beef
1 pkg sliced mushrooms (i like mini portabella)
    1 lg onion
garlic to taste, fresh or powder
    1 8 oz sour cream
1 pkg aujus sauce, or gravy, you can use boulion cubes too
beef stock, you can also use water, or white wine. I've used beer before too, came out good.

Cook onion until a lil tender, add beef cook 5 min, add mushrooms cook 5 min. add aujus, or boulion..whatever, mix together, add liquid, just enough so that's it's not dry. You want a lil sauce i there too & sour cream. Cook 5 min. & you're all set. This is one of my husbands favorits, & it's so easy, quick & cheap.

Add to egg noodles, very yummy!!!!
