    grilled chicken

  • Stir Fry
    Chicken, rice, steamed veggies
    Talapia with lime and parmashian cheese, veggies and rice
    Steak and potatoes with veggies
    Pasta, Chicken or Suasage, and veggies
    Home made pizza, we buy the individual dough and let everyone make there own.

  • Stir-fry over brown rice
    Lentil sloppy joes
    peanut noodles
    Vegetable pot pie
    Chili (with lots of vegetables) with whole wheat pasta or brown rice
    Vegetable stew with poached eggs
    Southwest falalfel (bean patties with avocado sauce)
