about 65 -70 degrees, I do agree with mrs. coop some apartments are warmer then others and I would make sure you put a rug or blanket in front of your door for cold drafts. Keep baby's crib away from windows and put warm jammies and a little blanket. Touch your childs cheeks, hands or feet and if they are cold warm him up by putting warmer clothes, socks, blankets.

Whatever is comfortable for you will be fine for baby. Like anon said, feel cheeks hands and feet and you will know if they need more blankies or whatever
