Burn home remedy

I have a steam burn on my hand and it hurts so bad...does anyone have a good home remedy to make the pain go away?

  • There's not much you can do. Running water not ice cold may help, aloe may help, but don't let it absorb heat and stay on the burn because it will make it worse.

  • Slice a raw potato and stick on there. Works wonderfully.

  • THere is this stuff called Solarcaine. Just rub it on and OMG it is amazing. It is like a green gel.

  • I thought I read somewhere tomato (ketchup) does the trick.
