Just wondering how long I can store my breast milk in the fridge and the freezer?

  • I know the answer: on the counter for 4 hours, fridge for 3 days, fridge freezer 3 months and deep freezer 6 months:) Always cool and warm gently. Cool in fridge for 12 hours before freezing and to thaw put from freezer to fridge 12 hours then heat in luke warm water. Good luck!

  • i actually got a booklet tody that tells me! in the freezer 6-12 months in the fridge 5 days and can sit on a counter top for 6-8hrs

  • it depends on the freezer. usually the freezer above the fridge is no longer than 3 months. if you have a deep freezer, it can last 6-12 months, it depends on how cold you have it at. also, the fridge is usually just 2-4 days. smell it or taste it before you give it to baby and you'll def know if it is bad or not.
