IS there a point when it is a sin to own too much?

such as buying a 50,000 car and not buying a 20,000 that will do just as good?

  • The price & number of possesions can't determine that, it is when you put material possessions before your spiritual life that it becomes a sin (in the Abrahamic religions) or a problem (in other religions).

  • If you come by it honestly I don't see how anything you own, the cost of it or the amount of it could be considered sin or problematic unless as Shane said you put those things in place of your faith...
