breeding dogs

If i breed my 7lb female yorkie with a 4lb male about how big will puppies be?

  • My mom has bred her small dog with a 4 pound (not a yorkie) and the puppies have been all over the map as far as size. Both dogs are purebred pomeranian. Some of the puppies are so big and others are tiny at their full grwon size. Don't know if that helps at all, since thwy aren't yorkies!

  • why breed? there are millions of dogs in shelters right now that no one wants as it is!

  • For the love.....do the shelter population a favor and dont get them both fixed. There's no reason to breed dogs that arent show quality to improve the breed.

  • 9.6 million animals are euthanized annually in the United States. why would you want to bring more into the world

  • Starting with mismatched, inferior quality dogs will not improve the breed. .
