anything i can do to encourage baby to drop down?

My cervix has been dilating and thinning for the past week, 5 cm. and 70% but baby is still -2 station

Anything I can do to help her move down? Like any exercises that can help encourage he to engage?

  • my midwife suggested that i get on hands and knees and rock my pelvis side to side, but i think that was more to get him facing back instead of front. :) which would definitely be a good thing.
