  • well the loch ness monster was the trunk of a swimming elephant. A scam started by a carnival owner to draw people to his carnival. So who knows what type of scam this is.

  • Who knows. I'm from Panama..all sorts of weird things happen there. The mouth sort of looks like a turtle but those long arms...odd.
