Is there one that is good for you and not high in sodium, carbs & sugar?

  • I always assumed making my own at home was better. Usually use a little white wine, some herbs, a little garlic, some a-1 sauce or ketchup, maybe some soy sauce, some onions, just keep mixing in stuff till it smells good, then let the chicken soak in it.

  • Equal parts balsamic vinegar, chicken broth and a couple of teaspoons of minced garlic.
    Equal parts white vinegar and water and 2 tablespoons of pure chili powder, marinate for 20 minutes.
