So they say to wait afew days between introducing new foods. I've been doing that and haven't had any negative reactions. My daughter is almost 7months and has had lots of different foods, and she loves it all :)
So anyway my question is, when can I stop doing this? I mean there are sooo many different foods, I'm still trying new foods to this day. Do I just always need to keep a mental note of what foods she has had and hasn't had?
