Once you receive a court appearance from a credit card company can you still make payment arrangements or is it to late?

  • Usually it is too late. You might actually get a better deal if you go through the court case anyhow. Often times if you cut a deal with them at this point they will still take you to court and you might be made to pay more than you can afford. Good luck.

  • Sounds like you could use a Pre-Paid Legal Services Inc. lawyer.

    Very affordabel and may even erase the debt!
