What can I do to get rid of arm flab or at least tone it up?

  • i've been doing slimin6 the exercise video from beachbody. That has been great. I also use a wrap and contour gel to maximize results.

  • take a couple of plastic bottle filled with water and put your hands over your head while holding the bottles. bend your elbow so that your hand almost reaches your shoulder blade and lift the bottle straight back up. this will work out the triceps. or if you have free weights start with a 5lb and move up quickly to 10.
    or, simply start doing pushups every morning before you get in the shower. and don't do those sissy girly pushups, do the ones men do from the beginningl.

  • Resistance band, Lift weights. Don't over do it though. Give your muscles a rest day, so they have time to build up.
