What are milestones after 12 months?

I know there are a bunch up until a year and/or they start walking, but what are big milestones after they hit a year? Mine is 15 months.. we started potty training already. What do I have to look forward to next??

That sounds kind of bad, I look forward to every day, but what should we be working on...?

  • moving out of the house?? lol!! Mine is only 22 months but watching him talk and learn everyday amazes me - we work on colors, abc's, numbers - although he only "gets" colors right now - also shapes and his full name, his daddy's name, his mommys name etc...

  • We do numbers, abc's colors, and shapes. She knows all her shapes and colors now at 22 mos, half the alphabet in no particular order, just the letters themselves. She knows how to count to 5 on her own and otherwise it's watching her personality come out! I love this stage!!!! We will work on potty training when she is 2 because she just isn't ready yet.
