  • Probably second week in October.

  • Well just going on that information, you had a 36- and a 29-day cycle. Assuming you have another 29-36 day cycle, your next period would start Oct 19-27, which would mean you could realistically ovulate anywhere from Oct 4-16. You could have sex at least every other day from Oct 1-17 and cover all your bases, or you could start charting or using OPKs to give you a better idea of when it happens. But since there are only two cycles to go on, it's very possible that you could have a shorter or longer cycle this time around and completely miss the opportunity. Unfortunately, our bodies are not clocks (wouldn't it be nice if they were!), so there's no way to know for sure unless you start keeping track somehow. If you don't want to do that, the best thing to do is just have sex every other day from now until you start your period (or you get a positive HPT). Good luck!

  • If you regularly have cycles longer than 35 days (or less than 21), you may not be ovulating at all. If you do ovulate, it will most likely happen a week or so after your period ends, depending on how long it lasts. I would just try to have sex every 2-3 and keep it romantic so you still want to keep trying each time it's been a few days.
