Seafood Question

If I had shrimp salad last night can I have it again tonight? I am 10 weeks pregnant and I know your suppose to limit your seafood intake.

  • The only advice I have is to make sure that the seafood you do eat is very fresh. Iodine in certain seafood may be harmful according to certain doctors. However, in many Asian countrys, the pregnant women eat sushi and other seafoods eveyday and are fine. So, just make sure your seafood is fresh and eat no more than 12 oz. per week. Enjoy your shrimp just dont eat too much luv.
