  • yeah, I have a book full of "organic bodycare recipes"... I haven't tried the salt scrub though. I'm sure you can find a good one online- just google it.

  • "Salt of the Earth Body Scrub"
2 C sea salt (pref. finely ground)
3/4 C olive oil (or base oil of choice)
40-60 drops peppermint, spearmint, geranium, grapefruit, or rosemary essential oil (I get the feeling you can use 40-60 drops of whatever you want...)

Combine salt and base oil in medium sized bowl, using a whisk- stir to blend. Add EO drop by drop, blending after each addition. Spoon into storage container with tight-fitting lid. Looks like you can count on using about 1/4 cup of this scrub whenever you apply it. You apply it on pre-moistened skin in circular motions and rinse.
