The Federal Reserve will not face a voluntary audit of its practices initiated by the Obama administration to open its books.

  • HR 1207 (the "Audit the Fed" bill) has 291 co-sponsors in the House. The senate's version of the bill (S. 604) has 27 co-sponsors. I think it has an excellent shot at passing--especially in the House, since over half of the reps are sponsoring it!
