What age did your children start teething?

my 4 month old is drooling and chomping on everything! its like a water spout that wont turn off!

  • Mine were around 4-6 month old. I think yours might be teething...just try to massage his/her gum once or twice a day with a wet towel or your clean finger which make him/her gum not so itch or soar.

  • my son started teething just before his 3 month mark with the chewing drooling slightly high temp his first tooth pooped up at 4 months and 2 weeks later tooth #2 came in he is almost 9 months and still only has the 2 now

    Gerber makes a great spoon for helping a child learn to use them, but I found it was a better teether, and the vibratting ones are a bit hit to.

  • At 6 months two bottom teeth just broke through without any symptoms. At around 8 another top one came in and at 9 three more top ones all at once. With his top teeth he was cranky and chewy but didn't really drool that much. I would swear the rest are about to come through all at once the way he has been acting. His favorite teether was a Sophie the Giraffe and a vibrating massager one from first steps.

  • My daughter has been "teething" for almost 4 months now. She's been drooling and chomping on everything, but still doesn't have any teeth. Apparently she's pre-teething. Someday she'll actually have something to show for it...
