  • Sure... if she's happy and healthy. My son was probably 16 lbs then - he was never a chubby baby,... he's still only 24 lbs at 22 months old

  • Wow, she's a big girl. My daughter is three and a half and 30 pounds. She was 19 pounds at 12 months. I would just talk to her doctor, as long as they think she's fine, I wouldn't worry too much.

  • It sounds absolutely normal to me. Are you concerned because you think it's too much or too little?

  • As long as your dr isn't worried, you shouldn't be. It's more important that her height/weight is proportionate rather than what her actual weight is.

  • my 6 month old is 16 1/2 pounds. my doc says shes a healthy juicy baby.
I dont think 18 pounds could really be that far off from juicy LOL

  • My daughter is 4 mos and is 18.5 lbs. My son was a very chunky baby and is now 5 weighs 41lbs. I wouldn't worry about it. As soon as she starts moving she will loose it.
