hey! autumn is here and im in my crafty mood and i was wondering...

do any of u know how to make jams, jellies and or fruit butter that don't require me to go through the whole process of boiling the jar closed? I know this means i wont be able to make shelf stable spreads and such but its ok with me- i just want to make something that will stay fresh in the fridge at least- thanks!
