What kind of food can I make for dinner using frozen shrimp?

I was gonna do shrimp alfredo but How do I make alfredo sauce? Is there something else EASY I can make with the shrimp?

  • Alfredo sauce is pretty easy:

    Dice and sauteed some garlic (if you like it)
    warm whole cream in a med. sauce pan w/ the garlic
    slowly stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Mix a little flour in the cheese to help it thicken (this is easier than making the white sauce first I all ways end up with lumps)
    add salt/pepper to taste.

    But all the other suggestions sound good to.

  • My favorite is to marinate shrimp in olive oil, garlic, and canned diced tomatoes then heat and toss with hot linguine.

  • You could fry them in bread crumbs (5 min give or take per side) and serve with mashed potatoes.

    I also make shrimp alfredo too. It's the best. With spinach or broccoli.

  • I bought shrimp thinking shrimp tacos would be good. I just need to find a good recipe for that sauce they use on fish/shrimp tacos. All you need is tortillas and shredded lettuce or cabbage whichever you like.

  • i make shrimp stir fry! it's my favorite! frozen shrimp, frozen stir fry veggies and stir fry sauce, and some rice.. soo easy and soooo yummy!
