basal body temp?

does everyones body temp rise before ovulation?

I never get a temperature when I am i dont know if charting will work for me....

has anyone been through this? and what did you do to predict ovulation?

  • Your temperature rises the day AFTER ovulation. That's how you confirm that you've ovulated. You PREDICT ovulation by observing your cervical fluid (discharge) and your cervical position and texture.
