cat issue

My cat keeps digging behind his ear and it is starting to scab. It is the only place he really scratches. What should I do to get him to stop?

  • He might have fleas if he is itching badly other places as well. I would assume it was an ear infection though. They will scratch if their ear hurts. I would take him to the vet and have them take a look.

  • Probably has ear mites. Does your kitty go outside. You need to get something from the vet or pet store for mites.
