  • What do you mean by rich enough? Breastmilk is perfect. You can't make not rich enough milk. Even mothers in starving conditions make milk perfect for their baby. Some mothers don't feed their babies enough, either long enough or often enough. Virtually all women can breastfeed.

  • Your breastmilk no matter how 'deficicant' is ALWAYS best for baby. 'Deficiant' breastmilk is a million times better then any formula or substitute.

If your baby is having 6 wet diapers a day your baby is receiving the perfect amount of breastmilk. Trust your body!!!

  • If baby is healthy, gaining, and you are changing 6-8 diapers in a 24 hr period, then all is well.

  • Weight gain is a good indicator. If you're worried about it I've found that eating oatmeal or cream of wheat will give good rich milk and help increase the milk supply as well.

  • Your milk is perfect for you baby. I mean unless you are smoking crack or something.
As long as your baby is having lots of pees and gaining weight. And not ALOT of weight. My daughter has only been gaining 1lb per month since birth(born 8, now almost 15 at 7 months) but she is very happy and healthy. Even if she isn't a big 25 pounder haha

  • your milk is just right for your baby some formulas can be rough on a babys little tummy and makes it hard for them to digest. breast milk is best for your little one. Its one of Gods precious gifts :)
