my 2 yr old DD will not drink

My 2 year old DD will not drink milk. We went on vacation to Malaysia, and I did not want her drinking milk out there..we got back a month ago, and she will not drink milk..I have tried putting nestle chocolate, and the pink stuff too, and she won't drink it. I know she needs the vitamins from ..I'm really frustrated....

  • Don't stress over it my kids would not drink milk after I nursed them till they got to be around 3 the DR just had me give them other foods with milk in them and he said they would be fine but continue to try giving them milk.

  • nah. she doesnt need milk.
is she eating cheese? yogurt? and other dairy products?
if yes, then she is most likely just fine. LOTS of people live without drinking cows milk and some people just dont like it.

  • My middle two kids have never liked milk, just don't like the taste. My oldest likes skim, but not whole milk (it's a consistency thing). My youngest we've just started giving milk to, and he loves it. All 4 of them are extremely healthy. The non milk drinkers just have yogurt or cheese instead to get their calcium and Vitamin D - your daughter is fine without milk, it's just the dairy serving she needs.

  • It's ok, no one NEEDS cow's milk. As long as she's eating a balanced diet, its fine.
