What vegetable should I introduce my 6 and half month baby

Last week I gave my baby carrot and it make him so constipate. He has hard solid poo that hurt him cry so bad so I stop gave him carrot . Now I only gave him rice cereal and peach only and it seems he poo everyday and it normal. I am afraid to gave him vegetable. Please tell me what vegetable should I gave him that not make him constipate. Thanks all

  • Sweet potatoes, most babies love them and it won't constipate them.

  • Well his poop will change with the introduction of solids, not that it should be a solid turd but it won't look like it did before :)
    My daughter likes squash, yams, peas, and potato. Not a vegetable but avocado is a great food
