  • A large taco salad with taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, all his favorite toppings, no taco shell

    Spaghetti squash with meat it!

Chili either all meat, or with beans and meat (I know south beach diet encourages beans, I'm not sure about the others)

Pork Chops (no breading) with Cauliflower gratin (boil cauliflower until soft, mash, add milk, a little butter, seasonings and cheese, mix well, put in a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray, top with a little extra cheese and bake until cheese is browned. Similar to Au Gratin Potatoes.

  • Fish!

I serve this fish recipe with green beans that I've steamed then tossed with a little marinara and red chili flakes. Marinara from a jar is fine. This a 10 minute meal.
