  • I don't know really, I suffer from depression bad so it's pretty constant. I do like to take long hot showers and rest often.

  • fix a cup of hot tea, get a favorite book, and ignore everyone for about 30 minutes

  • i have like a sitting area nook in my bedroom.. ill curl up in my chair with a good book and a nice cup of tea. or ill lay in a hot bath with the lights off and some candles lit.

  • I like to read, drink hot tea, take a hot bubble bath, clean...if hubby is home I sometimes go to our room, and leave him with the kids for a little bit.
