ok so i have been having BH/contractions for a few hours....

not painfull some are strong some arnt not very regular at all but ive never had them for that long... especially only when i was sitting down on the computer and drinking water... i get up and walk around cause sitting for to long hurts my ribs but i dont think that would trigger them like this LOL having them 3-10 minutes apart for 2 in a half hours is ok or no? they're little painless and irregular btw so i know its no emergency but they've never lasted past an hour in a half for me before...

  • Could just be braxton hicks or pre labor. Call your Dr or his nurse and ask if it worries you that much. Medical professionals, espically your Dr is who you should be asking this of.

  • Oh no don't be worried at all, this is all part of it. as long as you are term (37 weeks at least) that is, if you are 36 weeks or less, i would call the dr. good luck!

  • Have you already tried a shower/bath?
    Eating a nutritious snack?
    Are you stressed?
Drinking enough water? (the current amount might not be sufficient)
