My daughter got bit by an ant yesterday at the park. Her toe is swollen and it was NOT a fireant. Please help what do I do? Do I need to take her to the doctor?????

  • you may want to call a doctor yes i know the same thing happens when i get bit i actually am allergic to ants that may be what it is

  • Unless it is really swollen and angry looking, she should be fine. Keep an eye out for red streaks radiating from the bite, that could be an infection.

  • Call the doc, they will tell you whether or not you should bring her in. I would put an ice pack or cold cloth on it and see if that helps the swelling.
