  • Stew and its really easy
    1lb stew meat
    2 cups carrots
    2 cups potatos
    1 can beef broth
    1-2 packs brown gravy mix
    Put it all in a slow cooker, cook 8 or so hours.
    add a bit of flour if the juice is too runny for you (we like it runny)
    I usually serve this with rolls and use the rolls to soak up the juice. if you have stale bread its pretty tasty over the stale bread too.
