Is it ok to eat sunflower seeds while pregnant?

  • It should be. I've never seen them on a list of foods to avoid.

  • just dont choke on them..if anything they are good for you they are high in iron

  • All things in moderation. They should be just fine to eat. a bit high in fat and calories but still good for you.

  • Sunflower seeds, pine nuts, cashews, and pumpkin seeds were all on a list of foods to eat during pregnancy because they're high in iron. Enjoy snacking!
