Elevated Fluid Levels...

Ok, my SIL is 32 weeks. She went last thursday (exactly one week ago) to the doc and had an ultrasound done. Her fluid level was 22 cm. He wanted her to come back today to check it again. We went today, and her fluid level is 27 cm. So it went up 5 cm in a week. What does this mean? What are the risks for this? I am trying to search online, but I can't find anything really that tells me what I want to know. I want to know all the risks and all of the possibilities. I know it is more than possible for the baby to come out fine, I would just like to be prepared! Oh, and her placenta has calcium deposits on it. What does this mean???
