I'm labor coach for the first time and it's unbelievable!!

So I'm here with her right now and things are going well. She's so happy I'm here yet I'm so emotional and - don't know why! I want this to be about her and I keep welling up! I'm holding back tears because I'm here for her. Did anyone else go through this?

  • I was the biggest ball-face when my sister had her son. I was 19, and it was amazing. I was so impressed with her ability to manage the pain and her emotions, and I didn't do a very good job with mine. Just enjoy the opportunity, I say.
