  • I started my boys around the age of 2. My oldest now 7 takes Centrium 1 a day for kids, but my youngest (3 in October) won't chew the pills, so I bought him the gummy vitamins...he loves them! He can take 1 a day.

  • When my daughter started preschool, she started taking echineacea (three weeks on, one week off). I gave her an occaional multi (every two or three days, based on her diet. I started giving her a daily teen multi at 12, and recently (14) added a daily probiotic.

  • My oldest didn't start till he was 3. Before now it would make him sick so we didn't do it. My baby started around 6 months and tolerates them very well. Both of them get prescription vitamins.

  • I don't give them vitamins. They are great eaters and eat healthy foods, I don't think they are necessary for my kids.
