  • ? All women recover at different rates, ask your doctor what you should start doing exercise wise first, it's been only a little over 2 weeks since you've had a baby.....

  • You need to wait till your 6 week postpartum check up with your doctor so they can clear you! There can be serious problems if you do things too soon. If you had a c-section then even more of a no! Your body has to heal, I know you don't feel pretty right now and it is hard, but you don't want to do any damage! Start by eating right and drinking lots of water, so when your doc clears you, you will have healthy eating habits in place!

  • Wait until you get clearance, but you can do things like going for walks and stuff.

  • Getting out and walking everyday wont hurt you and will suprise you as how fast it help you get back in shape and loose weight. Put baby in the stroller and get out and walk. It wont hurt you at all.

  • I had the same question, if you feel your body is ready, go for it! Just keep in mind most docs and midwives want you to wait the full 6 wks postpartum to make sure everythig is healed or healing well .
