  • Not without help from a lab. Twins occur in only two cases: Mom releases multiple eggs (that can be induced with fertility meds, hence the lab) resulting in fraternal (non-identical) twins, or the fertilized egg splits in half resulting in identical twins. You can't make the latter happen.

  • Wow why would you want twins they are such a handful.lol i have twins and its a blast everyday all day. double everything so if you can get help from a lab then do. its amazing having two bundles to love. Now i got pregnant with one and about a month later i got pregnant again. and the only thing i was doing was having sex like crazy 3 -4 times a day.lol. so i was always full of sperm.lol. when i went for my ultrasound at about 4 mo . they told me that one was a month older than the other so they had different due dates.lol. i didnt even know that was possible. i had them both the same day of course. Good luck!

  • i read an article that said eating certain types of yams can causer hyperovulation, resulting in multiples. there is a tried in africa where this kind of yam is a major part of thier diet, and they have the highest birth rate of twins than almost anywhere else in the world. you would have to look up what exact yam it is.

twins run in families too. if you grandmother had twins/ was a twin, or your mother had twins/was a twin, your chances are much higher. some researchers also believe now that the gene for twins can be passed through a father to his daughter. so if twins run in his mothers family, he could obtain that specific gene, and pas it to his daughter who might then have twins. but not all researchers are on board w that theory. i have twins in both sides of my family, so who knows lol.
