Trouble logging in

I wrote to you the other day and you told me to log in with my username but click forgot password and I did that. It still has not corrected my problem. I have to relogin every time I get into CafeMoms. It tells me I do not have permission to be there so I log in and then it lets me in.

This started after I got my new computer. This computer has Vista as the operating system and my other one had XP. I do not know if that makes a difference but being legally blind, having to log in every time gets frustating and find myself just clicking off rather pursue it. I love CafeMoms and the groups that I am in but I really need help with this.

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in.

    Sometimes resetting your temporary internet files can help.

    Here's how to clear your temporary internet files on Internet Explorer:

    On the menu bar, click 'Tools'.
    Select 'Internet Options'.
    Choose the 'General' tab.
    Beneath 'Browsing history', click the 'Delete' button.
    Beside 'Temporary Internet Files' click on 'Delete files...'

    Restart your browser and go to www.cafemom.com to log into your account.
