Does anyone have some ideas?

My husband is in the Air Force and is going to be putting on SrA [E-4 or Senior Airman] in January... I’m at a complete loss of ideas for things to wear because by the time it rolls around I’ll be just about 6 months pregnant-

I still want to look nice, but I’m worried about what would look okay with a baby bump.

Does anyone have some ideas of what would work?

Thanks a million.

  • Oh yeah, definitely. Pressure's on.
Do your best that you possibly can, and he'll know it. As long as you're not some kind of raving lunatic, drunk and half naked - dancing on the tables, I honestly don't think he'd be disappointed in you! lol.
It's still a little bit away, you can probably start shopping for dresses around December - end of December, or early January - depending on when it is, and then maybe a couple days or a week before it, try some on. It'd be pretty impossible that the bump would get bigger overnight or something. :]

You'll be perfectly fine and awesome and a great supportive wife during the gathering - just as you've always been. *hugs* Don't stress.

  • Awww. You shouldn't worry what you would look like!
You're creating a life, I think all pregnant women are absolutely gorgeous.

You could go for an empire dress. Or.. I say show off the bump! :]
Where something that's hugging, but flares out - like a mermaid type dress.

  • I know I shouldn't worry, but I just want to look nice for him, it's a special time for him and his career, ya know?
