Why does baby's poop smell like vinegar?

My 11 week old son is exclusively breastfed and is starting to now go 2-3 days without pooping, which I realize is normal. Before now and presently his poop is usually really runny, yellow, and smells like vinegar. Is this something I should be worried about?
