I want skinny arms!

Whats the best way to get me some lean arms? I know probably lifting light weights is best but can you tell me which moves?

What else can I do?

  • work with light weights first 3 or 4 lbs do 15 counts with 3 to 4 reps...then the same for tricepts..there are lot's of ways...lift arms to the front for same count always use the same counts...if it is ever to easy go up a on aol arm exercises and you will get all kinds of examples good luck
