why is it that people try to put the blame on you for stuff when they are to blame?and why do they make you feel like you were the wrong guy and they are not?

its people that i try to really forget to figure out anymore lol.the question i have is this.why do people like to blame you for things going on and you have enough to deal with.and why do they try to make themselves feel like they are the good guy and you are the bad guy?a close friend of mine told me this that they are tryin to feel better about themselves but i have no idea anymore.maybe some of you are going through this.thanks

  • insecurity? building themselves up a level by knocking you down a level. Notice bullies why do you think they do that? They want more power over their lives. They want to be in control.they don't want to be the blame for things going on so they find someone to cast the blame off on. It feels better to them.

  • wow guys thank you.its not the first since i have dealt with this and i know yall have been through it as well.i am the bigger person to apologize if i did or said something wrong.i just dont get it anymore.i would be horrible as a therapist i would be lost lol.thank you :)

  • Its called lack of self accountability and there is a serious lack of it these days. If I remember two things from my Mom growing up it is this, always take responsibility for your actions and that life is not fair. People just can't seem to admit when they are wrong, it is another blow to their already low self esteem. While they try to make everybody else feel that they are always right, they know deep down the truth of the matter.
