  • you typically dont start a child on milk untill they are a year old...if your giving her milk now its going straight through her because her system isnt ready yet...taht goes the same with straight juice, you should be watering it down... once she is a year old then you want to slowly start adding a little milk in her formula, that way her system can get used to it...

  • It supposed to be 2% milk until she's 2. You could also try the Soy Milk products or other organic varieties if milk is too hard on her system. As for juice, I would try a mixture of 50% White Grape juice and 50% water--to cut down on sugars and it will be more gentle on her system. Apple Juice can be harsh. White Grape tastes similar but isn't nearly as harsh (less fiber).

  • There are other sources of food. You could start giving your child baby cereals with water or juice.

Doctors strongly recommend to wait on giving cow milk since it is an allergen.

  • u can give her formula until she is 24 months. Theres 9months to 24months its called next step. but shes NOT TOO YOUNG FOR COW MILK. my son is 10 months and drinks cow milk and is healthy. i bet u dont give the girl anything but jared baby food too huh? good way to keep ur baby behind.

  • Cows milk. juice, water, food.
She should be eating 3 meals a day. Before taking her off formula.

  • From what I understood when you first start feeding them they are still getting what they need from the formula. So just keep giving formula with food. Ask Doc

  • She should be started on regular table food. soft foods that she can eat. cheerios...fruits and veggies cut up into small peices. Soft meats.. Mashed potatoes. My daughter was off of baby food @5months, she refused to eat baby food. So I had to mash and chop everything very small so she could eat, by the time she was 5months old she has 4teeth. Plus u don't chew with your front teeth anyways. And she was off formula and a bottle @9months refused it. She started drinking regular milk @ 9months out of a sippy cup. And by the time she was 2yrs old she was using a small childs cup without a lid. She should be drinking whole milk until she is 2yrs old, then she can have 2% after that
