  • We get ready for the week, I go through papers from class, make sure the kids have everything ready for class on Monday. They do homework on Friday but we double check everything just in case. Get all laundry done, pick out clothes for the morning. Then it's a free for all, they play, help out with yard work, in the garage with Dad. It's the last day of relaxing before their back to business mon-fri. I usually make a nice dinner, we eat early so they can have some time to play it off before bedtime.

  • Varies. Some do nothing, others spend quality time together, go to their House of Worship, have family dinners/get togethers with extended family members, do chores that are difficult to do during the work week, shop, etc.

Today I'll be attending my nieces Christening, and afterward will be attending a post Christening party with my family and extended family members.

  • Our family is not religious. So we just spend time together. Run errands, do yard work. Stuff like that

  • We are going to church, then coming home to have a family meal. We will either watch movies this afternoon or the "guys" (hubby and two sons) will work on the new go cart while my daughter and I watch.

  • I'm not sure.  I can't speak for any person other than myself.  We have a big dinner and hang out together all day.  It's our "lazy day".   ;)

  • My daughter does homework. My husband and I do household tasks. Tonight we will be going to synagogue for Kol Nidre. When we can, we go to a neighborhood festival or museum.

  • We'll have a big breakfast, run errands/do housecleaning, and cook a nice dinner. Sometimes we go on a family outing, like to a park or something.

  • It depends. We usually go to church, then we either hang out, or we do errands or go someplace fun, or we do yard work / homework, or we hang out and play games, or we have company over.

We're an American family living overseas, and it's Sunday night here. Today, for example, we didn't go to church - instead, my ds (16) took his friend who stayed all night home, then we had to take my dh to the train station (he has to go out of town with his work), and then the kids (16 yr ds and 15 yr dd) and I hung out. Then we went to the base library, then bowling. Later, we made pizza and salad for dinner and watched a movie. Now, they're in bed and I'm hanging out waiting for a load of laundry to finish :-)

  •  Me And My Family will be at my two oldest boys Lil league football game this Sunday cheering them on in the rain. We hang out as a family try to go see a movie or rent one.
