What is your favorite brand of diapers and why? Also what brands will you never buy again and why?

I personally like Luvs they can hold like a gallon (exaggeration) before leaking.

I will never purchase Fisher Price nighttime diapers again, they could not even handle normal daytime use without leaking.

I am not a fan of Pampers either for the same reason as Fisher Price nighttime.

  • I always use huggies, but only snug and dry. The ones with Pooh (I forget what they're called) are too soft and get soggy! I don't really like papmers either. Luvs are okay but I am %100 for Huggies!

  • I like buying a box box of White Cloud diapers (at Wal-Mart). They are almost as good as huggies, but a lot cheaper. I also like the Little One's brand (at K-Mart).

  • Huggies or Pampers I can use all the time. Although Huggies is too bulky.
BUT the Walmart brand SUCKS! It leaked so much! Even if it was only a little pee his onsies would be soaked. Never again.

  • I love Huggies! Aside from the off-brand ones that I received at one of my baby showers (could not stand to waste them, so I used them first), I have only ever used Huggies. My daughter is almost ten months old, and she has never had a case of diaper rash with this brand. I especially loved the type that Huggies makes especially for newborns. The front of the diapers are dipped, so they will not rub against the healing belly button, and they are lined with real cotton for extra softness on a new bottom.

  • Anonymous 12:45 here...I forgot to add the one's I hate. Luvs feel like plastic bags and they make my son break out in a rash and leak easily. The off-brand at Wal-Mart leak with my son too, but don't cause a rash.

  • We used the Sam's Club brand. They worked WONDERFULLY! and were a lot cheaper than buying namebrand.

  • I think they were called dry bottems or something like that when my son was a baby. They were in a yellow package with a duck on them. I usually got them at wal*mart. The more expensive brands like huggies I tried but they always seem to leave that jelly stuff all over. I am not picky though, I used everything I was given at my baby shower.

  • I use parents chioce diapers from walmart, the are cheap and work great. I don't like luvs or pampers because they give my daughter a really bad rash even when changed after she goes once.

  • I liked Luvs until my kids started getting rashes then I switched to the Walmart brand, Parents Choice, which worked well, until we got to size 5, they are made thinner I think. I will never buy huggies or pampers, they didn't work any better than luvs or parents choice they still leaked and I didn't feel the need to pay more money for something that wasn't doing the job. But thats just my opinion. Everybody's gotta try what works for them.
