2-3 cups cooked chicken
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or florets
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 slices bread buttered and broiled lightly brown
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Arrange broccoli on top. Mix soups and sour cream, spread over the broccoli, break toast into pieces and arrange on top, sprinkle with cheese, bake 35 - 45 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
