Does anyone make costumes?

I need a costume for my daughter and I found one that I really like but it needs to be handmade. I'm not so good at sewing so I was wondering if anyone knew how to make this costume and how much you would charge to make it and send it to me.   • If you cant find any one you can buy a white bathing suit, draw or paint black spots on it. Tie a red ribbon around her waist and her neck. Attach it to the top of the suit with glue or safety pin. to make the tu-tu: cut a ribbon 2x the size of her waist. Go buy some tulle from a fabric store. Cut it into strips and knot it around the ribbon in the middle of the tulle. There are instructions on line for this and it is VERY easy!!!

  • That is a cute costume! I have two boys and the 4yo will be a fireman and the 14 mo old a dalmatian! I am making them both. (I did last year too!) I've been having trouble finding a white sweatsuit or pajamas, but when I do I'm just going to cover it with black felt dots.
