At what age can i start givin my son juice/ baby food? He's three months now.

  • Most doctors recommend that you hold off on solids/juice until 6 months as the baby's digestive system is still to young to properly digest them...along with passing the age at which many allergies will pop up...since all of the nutrition comes from breastmilk or formula, if you fill him up with the others, he may not get enough.

  • I'd wait until AT LEAST 6 months. Juice, I'd probably wait even longer.

  • 6 mts juice longer around 8 mts. you can try cereal at 4 mts.

  • 4-6 months. Actually, juice isn't needed at all. Breastmilk or formula is his liquid and main meal till the first birthday.
