the best way to loose as much weight as possible as fast as possible with out diong something rediculously unhealthy?

  • I don't think you can, but they say atkins is the quickest way to lose weight.

  • drink lots more water. a friend of mine switched from soda to water and lost 50 lbs in a couple months. when she started drinking soda again she gained it all back plus more... so whatever you do commit to!

  • protein, protein and more protein,no carbs and take Vitamin D, drink alot of water at least 72 ounces a day. Be sure to take mulivitamins while you do this, I have been on a program and have lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks, only 40 more to go LOL

  • Stop buying junk food
    Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
    Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 6-7 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
    Cut way back on meat and dairy.
